Refunds

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy for physical, non-service goods. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We do not offer refunds for digital services.

In the case where a return is granted, you will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs and restocking fee for any physical goods. Shipping costs and restocking fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Faulty Goods (excluding digital services):

  • If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
  • We have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was purchased.
  • To be eligible for a return of damaged or faulty goods, goods must be unopened, unused, and accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
  • For returns of damaged or faulty goods, please email dbz@dbzmedia.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return, and a picture of the damaged goods.
  • Please note: a return will not be accepted without a picture of damaged goods.
  • DBZ Media will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
  • Please note: customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
  • When returned item is received by our Returns Team and inspected by our Product Quality Department, customer will receive a confirmation email, notifying about the acceptance and status of the refund.
  • If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

Goods exempt from being returned:

  • Digital services such as: website development, ghostwriting, article content creation, social media marketing, marketing and advertising services, artwork graphic design, SEO optimization, website audits, content management, and any other digital service.
  • Perishable goods such as intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products

Certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any non-service item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after time of purchase.

Not satisfied with results (excluding digital services):

  • If customer is not satisfied with the results of their product, we offer 100% refund.
  • We have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was purchased.
  • For returns of physical goods due to unsatisfactory results, goods must be accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase. Please email dbz@dbzmedia.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
  • Please note: returns of products significantly used will not be accepted for return.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items:
All items refunded will be charged back to the customers original form of payment at the items' original purchase price.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

For returns, it is a good idea to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
